All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven't received a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at admin@inaseka.com.
 

Shipping Within Australia
 

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99. Orders under $99 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $19.30.
 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 2–6 business days. Please allow additional time for regional and remote locations.
 

Please note that due to the built-in lithium battery in the INASÉKA fingerprint lock system, we are only able to offer standard shipping. Express shipping is not available for this product in compliance with Australia Post requirements for lithium battery items.
 

International Shipping
 

We can ship internationally, however rates are calculated based on destination. Please contact us at admin@inaseka.com for a tailored quote before placing your international order.
 

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
 

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at admin@inaseka.com. We are unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Refunds & Warranty

12-Month Manufacturer Warranty
 

All INASÉKA bags, including the fingerprint lock system, are covered by a 

12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
 

What's not covered by warranty:

  • Damage caused by unauthorised modification or disassembly
  • Damage caused by transport, handling, or dropping after purchase
  • Damage caused by incorrect use or unauthorised/improper repair
  • Water damage, backup key loss, or damage from non-approved       chargers

How to make a claim:

Email admin@inaseka.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.

If your claim is approved
 

We'll cover the cost of return postage. Depending on the fault, we'll repair, replace, or refund the item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item back.
 

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded — including a replacement or refund for a major failure, and repair, replacement or resupply for a minor one.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@inaseka.com. We will do our best to assist, however once an order has been dispatched changes are not guaranteed. Please note that Australia Post may charge a rerouting fee to redirect your parcel to a new address.
